About the Role

Siemens Electronic Design Automation SARL is seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our award-winning technical support team. As a key member of our team, you will be committed to providing excellent support to our customers, field personnel, and team members using our PCB Design Flow software applications.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow into the role. You will have a degree in Electronics or a related field, and be able to travel for work as required.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other support engineers to create and promote innovative methods to help customers adopt new technology.
- Solve complex design issues, part of multiple projects you may work on at any one time.
- Create well-written knowledge base articles that enable customers to self-solve issues whilst continually expanding your technical knowledge of PCB flow applications.
