Your Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively participate in continuous integration initiatives, ensuring seamless release management procedures.
- Assist project managers in technical reviews with customers, driving project success.
- Define and manage standard methodologies for software development, aligning with QA, CyberSec, and Delivery teams.
- Support critical technical problem management, ensuring system stability and uptime.
- Stay up-to-date with technical developments and trends, proposing new approaches and paradigms.
- Drive achievement of objectives for global initiatives, demonstrating leadership and expertise.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Demonstrable experience in full stack web software development, with at least 2 years in coordination roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Java programming language, including J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in web application development using JavaScript frameworks (Angular and/or React), CSS, and XML.
- Knowledge of Oracle database, with non-relational DB experience a plus.
- Understanding of architectural models for integration between systems, including message brokers, micro-services, and orchestration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and Kanban, with SAFe-5 knowledge a plus.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Passion for continuous growth and training, with a willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, with eligibility to work in Italy.
