Job Summary

Quojobis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Unit Admin Specialist to provide essential support to our teams. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives and team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Event Planning: Assist with organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive documents and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Database Management: Assist with managing databases, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) with stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods or services.
  • Third-Party Intermediary Support: Provide administrative support for Third Party Intermediate (TPI) related processes, including coordination, record-keeping, and communication.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
