Main Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our Payments team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our payment systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable payment systems using Java/Kotlin and Spring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our payment systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Java/Kotlin development, with a focus on backend systems.
  • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and other Java/Kotlin frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of database systems, including design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
