Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Manager Regional Accounts for 12 months in North Italy. The successful candidate will manage a group of top customers, building strong relationships based on trust, achieving assigned sales objectives, and delivering profitable customer growth.
About the RoleIn this role, you will cover a range of retail channels, including hypermarkets and supermarkets, to achieve assigned sales objectives. You will negotiate local contracts with assigned customers, develop specific plans for sustainable growth, and meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage regional customers in North Italy across various retail channels

- Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Economics
- Previous experience in multinational FMCG companies, with a focus on sell-in
- Good command of Excel, with the ability to drive best-in-class performances through market trend analysis, negotiation, selling, and in-store execution
- A proactive attitude in every circumstance, with natural problem-solving approaches
- An advanced level of English
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
