About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Analytics Consultant to join our team at One Agency | IT Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality BI and Analytics solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand their BI and Analytics needs and provide expert advice on Qlikview and Qliksense solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, building, and running of BI and Analytics applications based on Qlikview and Qliksense.
  • Estimate efforts and manage related budgets for BI and Analytics projects.
  • Manage nearshore and offshore developers and third-party providers as needed.
  • Develop and adhere to governance processes around Qlikview and Qliksense implementation and use.
  • Plan and deliver training on Qlikview and Qliksense for end-users, particularly in the context of Self-Service Analytics.
  • Proactively identify changes needed in the application lifecycle and make recommendations for improvements with subsequent implementation.
  • Support proper operations and data currency of existing application landscapes, design, and update required support frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of working experience as a BI/Analytics Consultant or similar position in-house in an international corporation.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in defining and/or managing large-scale Qlikview/Sense enterprise deployments.
  • Familiarity with Governed Self-Service BI concepts and ability to advise on best practices and storytelling visualizations.
  • Experience in SQL with the ability to create views and ad-hoc queries incorporating business logic.
  • Exposure to top management to meet expectations and escalate issues/risks.
  • Able to manage project requirements, design, development, code/test case reviews, testing, and deployment phases.
  • First experience with advanced analytics concepts on big data would be a plus (e.g., Machine Learning).
  • Experience extracting information from core SAP Financials and/or SAP Logistics modules as well as SAP BI/BW is a big plus.
  • Project management (PMP, Scrum) and IT Service Management (ITIL) experience is a strong asset.
  • Production/manufacturing background would be a strong additional asset.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • German would be a plus.
