Role Overview

The Maintenance Professional will be part of our SLE organization, responsible for supporting Field Maintenance Engineers in Corrective and Preventive Maintenance related to maintenance projects on fleets of railway vehicles. This role involves delivering maintenance regime support, collecting and analyzing in-service field data, and ensuring timely and accurate maintenance labor and material cost data collection.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Field Maintenance Engineers to develop and implement effective maintenance regimes for railway fleets.
  2. Analyze in-service field data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely collection of maintenance labor and material cost data.
  4. Support the local teams in the preparation and submission of FM offers and bids to customers.

Requirements

  • Graduated in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or aerospace engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and/or project engineering with technical and operational senior relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with industrial engineering, maintenance projects, or vehicles fleet management.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with German a plus.
