We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team at INVERTO, A BCG Company. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our clients' supply chains and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of processes, procurement organizations, and product groups to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and procurement processes
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Participate in workshops and negotiations to present processes and structures
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge across the company through participation in various competence centers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with an above-average grade
  • First relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting
  • Ability to think analytically, be flexible with mobility, and have enthusiasm for new tasks
  • Confident appearance in an international environment, business fluent in English and Italian
