Gas Turbine Emissions Optimization Specialist

Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) division works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for NPD programs development related to optimization and digitization of combustion tuning activities.
- Analyze real machines data and contribute to the development of algorithms/analytics to deploy reliable models.
- Develop models and algorithms/analytics within assigned projects, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to business standards.
- Prepare technical documentation related to development phase, consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- Support pilot installations at customer sites and provide technical guidance for new product installations.
- Cooperate in initiatives to explore new fuel applicability and support Customers in carbon footprint reduction.
- Lead remote tuning activities and related documentation to provide prompt support to Customers and field pool.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering and relevant experience in Engineering/Technology.
- Significant working experience in a similar area of competency (Mechanical Component).
- Solid experience using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Good background in CAD Software such as NX.
- Team player attitude and inclusiveness.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams in a technical environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication in written and verbal English.
