**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Material Planner to join our team at Randstad Italia. As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production process by managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and analyzing data to optimize production schedules.
**Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, supply planning, or a related role within a healthcare FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex production scheduling challenges.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
