Job Title: Site HR Lead

A leading chemistry plant in Italy is seeking an experienced Site HR Lead to join their team. As a key member of the site leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with site leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to enhance overall business performance.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to implement strategies at the site level, ensuring the hiring of top-notch talent.
  • Oversee talent performance and progression, and implement talent development programs and succession planning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role with 10-12 years in a regulated industry.
