Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute global CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
* Lead omnichannel integration and data-driven decision-making processes
* Design and implement loyalty programs and client experience initiatives
* Oversee data collection and lead generation strategies
* Supervise performance monitoring and ROI analysis
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience in consumer insights and CRM direction
* Strong background in customer activation and retention strategies
* Proven expertise in marketing attribution and customer behavior

* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
