About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at Bethanie Como. This is a permanent part-time position, working 27.5 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between 8:30am and 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, communal spaces, and facilities, are maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the needs of residents are met, including providing support with daily living activities.
  • Label and organize resident personal clothing and belongings.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

A passion for cleaning and maintenance, with previous experience in a similar role.A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to upholding the values and mission of The Bethanie Group.A willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations and clearances.
