PVH is a leading global apparel company that owns iconic brands like Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. We're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team and drive business growth in our dual-site stores.

The Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with neighboring businesses to identify opportunities for growth and develop go-to-market initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and oversee the professional growth of store personnel, including training and coaching.
  • Manage performance evaluations, propose development plans, and lead recruitment processes.
  • Qualify the Area Manager on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and role requirements.
  • Oversee workforce planning and coordinate store priorities through regular mechanisms.
  • Analyze business performance using data from Business Analyst, identify actions to improve Sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
  • Highly developed business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
