Job Summary

We seek an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for the upcoming season (spring/summer 2025) to lead our housekeeping team at Splendido. The successful candidate will report directly to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cleaning activities, planning, and distributing room tidying interventions
  • Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure exceptional standards
  • Assist the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in monitoring housekeeping procedures
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments for daily operations

Requirements

  • Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
  • Collaboration: strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Drive results: consistently deliver high-quality service by anticipating guest and colleague expectations
  • Global perspective: treat colleagues with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position or background

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proficient Italian speaker with good knowledge of English
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance
  • Familiarity with LQA standards

Benefits

  • We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with opportunities for continued collaboration over subsequent seasons
  • Monthly gross salary around €2,050, separate payslip for 13°, 14°, and TFR
  • Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus
  • Accommodation in our staff house including breakfast
