We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects supported by European funding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects align with grant requirements, are completed within budget and timeline constraints, and contribute to the overall strategic objectives of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grant Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the guidelines and requirements set forth by International and European funding agencies.">
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet project goals.">
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.">
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including funding agencies, consortium partners, and internal management.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have substantial experience in project management, particularly in R&D settings. Experience in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion is crucial, as well as specific experience managing projects funded by external sources such as government grants, private foundations, or industry partnerships.

Qualifications

You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General and proficiency in budgeting for R&D projects, including creating budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to identify and manage risks associated with R&D projects, especially those related to external funding requirements.
