Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a skilled Shift Operative Leader to join our team in Northern Italy. As a key member of our Operations function, you will be responsible for managing various activities in the areas of Production and Human Resources management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of production, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence and optimization of production factors on the shift.
  • Prepare and start-up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown, or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team.
  • Manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce.
  • Assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his merit plan.
  • Ensure that safety standards (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines.

Requirements:

  • University Master's Degree background in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Initial experience of one or two years in other Manufacturing companies.
  • Good understanding of production processes and interpersonal and management skills.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
