Role Overview

Oversees the technical support service dedicated to workshops, dealers, and customers in the event of issues and anomalies related to vehicles and parts for the North-West Italy region.
Ensures compliance with the directives outlined in the Volvo Trucks policies relevant to their area of responsibility.
Assists the function manager in executing assigned tasks.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the proper execution of the customer/workshop assistance process concerning technical aspectsConduct analysis/evaluation of the customer/workshop and customer/product relationshipsProvide ongoing support to workshops regarding operational issues (e.g., urgent parts procurement challenges; defective products; complaints)Deliver technical support aimed at resolving vehicle functionality issuesAssist customers needing to communicate with the headquarters (e.g., complaints) and manage customer complaint casesGuarantee customer satisfaction and the resolution of technical issues related to vehicles

Ensure the proper execution of workshop processes related to

Warranty24/7 assistance serviceService Contracts

Additional Responsibilities

Manage out-of-warranty interventions

Perform technical analysis of issuesEvaluate intervention methodsAnalyze and assess repair costs

Ensure management of quality-related product processes, including

Problem analysisRelationship between Workshops and Market companyEnsure adequate training for Volvo Trucks workshop personnel by participating in assessments and formulating training plans

Ensure that the level of equipment and tools in the workshops meets the standards set by Volvo Trucks.

Your Qualifications

Proficiency in written and spoken EnglishA minimum of 3 years of experience in comparable technical roles, even in different production sectorsPrevious specific experience in the truck industry and possession of a category C driving license are preferred qualifications
