Resort Ambassador

At Jet2Holidays, we are seeking a Resort Ambassador to join our team in Italy. As a valued member of our resort staff, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide VIP industry-leading customer service to our valued customers.
• With fantastic training, you will create memories for our customers, resolve any issues they experience during their holiday, and take responsibility for supporting with disruption and emergencies in resort.
• You will be the face of Jet2holidays during scheduled hotel visits and virtually via video call, providing urgent support to customers.

What We Offer

• A competitive salary of approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Full right to work documents for Italy are required, and applicants must hold a valid driver's license with access to a motorized vehicle.
• We offer flexible working hours, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekend work. Rosters are provided 3-4 weeks in advance.
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed, and we provide comprehensive training and IT equipment.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is advantageous, but not required.
• Ability to effectively handle a wide range of customer-facing situations, solve problems, and have a positive friendly attitude.
• IT confidence to use in-house digital systems daily on a tablet device.
