**Job Summary**

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will specialize in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for offshore wind projects and will be based in a remote work setup.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for WTG components, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key suppliers to secure the best terms and maintain a reliable supply chain.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with project requirements.
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to senior management.

**Requirements**

• 3-5 years of experience in the wind power sector is essential.
• A relevant procurement qualification is required.
• Proficiency in two or more EU languages is highly beneficial.
