Job Title: Sales Coordinator - EMEA Head Department

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our EMEA Head Department team in Milan. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide daily support to our Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping to drive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Sales Team Support: Provide proactive assistance to the EMEA Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping to drive sales initiatives.
Lead Management: Assist in tracking and following up on outstanding leads, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
Client Communications: Coordinate follow-up emails for booking requests, confirmations, familiarization (fam) trips, and site inspections, working closely with the EMEA Sales Team.
Proposal & Contract Assistance: Help prepare tailored proposals and trade contracts in line with standard operating procedures (SOP), under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Sales.
File & Information Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date files to ensure seamless communication between the EMEA Sales Team and other key departments (Reservations, Revenue, etc.), supporting smooth business operations.
CRM Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system, keeping client information and the EMEA luxury networks database current.
Sales Presentations: Assist in updating and refining presentations for the EMEA Sales Team, contributing to polished, high-impact sales pitches.
Event & Trip Logistics: Organize shipments of promotional materials and gifts for sales trips and industry events.
Project Support: Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by the EMEA Director of Sales, contributing to overall team success.

Requirements:
Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Organizational Excellence: Strong planning, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Experience: Previous experience in hotels, travel agencies, or related industries is preferred.
