About the Role

The Ecosystem Lead Rheum-Bone South Italy will be responsible for leading a field-based team across multiple roles, including Sales, MSL, and Market Access. The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-functional leadership, strategy development, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored strategies for the assigned ecosystem to achieve common strategic goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop field team members in the Rheumatology & Bone therapeutic area.
  • Build and maintain trustful advocates in the relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Ensure optimal access to products and lead market position in focused patient segments.
  • Drive growth, sustainability, and profitability of the franchise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or healthcare required.
  • B.A., PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred.
  • Experience in leading and managing a field team, preferably in sales, marketing, market access, or medical roles.
  • 3+ years of healthcare-related sales, marketing, market access, or medical experience, in a leadership position.
  • Strong analytical, business planning, and tactical plan development skills.
  • Good level of English enabling valuable interactions and learning through EU Ecosystem Lead community.
