About the Role


As the first international subsidiary of the BYD group, our primary focus is to provide European customers with innovative new energy products and related after-sales services, including electric vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, and energy storage systems.


Key Responsibilities



  • Data Aggregation, Cleaning, and Research: Gather, process, and analyze data for critical business projects.
  • Identifying Data Trends and Insights: Utilize advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques to address significant business issues.
  • Programming: Develop programs to capture and organize relevant data.
  • Managing Data Analyst Tasks: Guide the work of data analysts and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Internal Colleagues: Support analytical needs and work directly with internal teams on operation and sales-related topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • One or more years of experience in data analysis or data science.
  • Fluency in Chinese and Italian (mother tongue proficiency).
  • Proficiency in using statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to operation and sales-related business problems.
  • In-depth understanding of data management and visualization practices.
  • Proficient in using Python, R, and/or SQL for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of best practices in management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
