Continuous Improvement Engineer

MTA SpA is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at our Isola Vicentina facility. As a key member of our Engineering & Tooling department, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the highest level of quality in our production processes.

• Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced downtime, and lower defect rates.
• Develop, maintain, and control production process documentation, including PFMEA analysis and control plans.
• Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and support the introduction of new products, ensuring Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) best practices.
• Conduct annual reviews of Risk Priority Number (RPN) reduction plans for all production programs, PFMEA, control plans, and operational practices.
• Provide technical input for incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action definition.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electronic and mechanical component production processes and industrialization processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP and IATF automotive quality standard.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to organize work independently.
