About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Specialist to join our team in Milano. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team: Manage and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date on new products and trends, and provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to Beauty Advisors, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics company.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred.
