Opportunity Overview

MittelCo is expanding its sales department and looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key customers in the Slovenian market, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.

The Role
  • Develop and implement annual customer plans to drive sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts to increase business opportunities.
  • Negotiate promotional plans and optimize local assortments within allocated parameters.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reports.
Your Profile
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English; Italian is preferred.
