Senior AI Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI strategies that align with our business goals. Your expertise in Generative AI and Decision AI will be instrumental in shaping our approach to these technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Orchestrating frameworks and strategies for Generative AI and Decision AI
• Advising applied-AI projects on industry best approaches and outside-in perspectives
• Guiding applied-AI projects as technical lead and collaborating to achieve concept definition and proof of concept
• Establishing an external network of industry experts and evaluating partnerships
• Designing applied-AI building blocks for reuse and supporting the introduction of applied-AI pilots
• Supporting and facilitating internal mentorship and coaching of applied-AI experts
• Staying updated on AI developments and facilitating knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data and AI
• Outstanding knowledge and experience in Data Science and MLOps in the fields of ML/DL, Generative AI
• Experience in at least one of the fields: GenAI use for people efficiency, AI ML for process parameter, AI ML for quality inspection, or EdgeAI / TinyML
• Demonstrated experience in software and deployment, CI-CD, and ML operations, as well as software/AI quality
• Strong expertise in implementing ML/DL in productive environments at scale
• Capability to quickly comprehend complex interrelations and motivate others
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
