We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team in Italy. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily administrative and accounting activities
- Supporting the management of ordinary accounting
- Assisting with invoice management and reporting activities
- Participating in ongoing projects
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Electronic Invoice Flow System
• Read and process invoices efficiently
• Manage Customer & Supplier Accounting and Active Invoice
• Fill invoices rationally and efficiently
• Meet deadlines and manage accounting for the Store and Plant
• Support the reconciliation of cash accounts and banks
Requirements:
• Recent graduate from a Bachelor/Master degree in Economics
• Excellent Excel knowledge and analytical mindset
• Willingness to learn, proactivity, and precision
• Fluency in English
