Job Title: Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team at McCann Worldgroup. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and designs for digital, print, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative visual ideas and designs that align with the client's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Execute designs from initial concept to final production, including art direction for photography, video, or other media when needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation with innovative visual solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure creative outputs are fresh and innovative.
  • Prepare presentations for internal review and client approval.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or related fields, preferably within an agency.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing experience in digital, print, and multimedia design.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of English and Italian.
