We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Perform comprehensive vendor analysis and reviews, incorporating industry research and due diligence to inform procurement decisions.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with global business, technology, and legal groups to ensure effective communication and alignment of procurement strategies.
  3. Ensure seamless execution of purchase requisitions and purchase orders by reviewing, controlling, and processing these documents in accordance with our procurement policy.
  4. Oversee contract administration, including ensuring timely signature follow-up, termination, and archiving of contracts.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate procurement KPIs and key reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Identify and drive enterprise-wide cost savings opportunities and programs to optimize procurement efficiency.
  7. Directly supervise core procurement functions, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, to ensure successful contract negotiations and compliance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.
  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract management.
  • Negotiation expertise in specific procurement categories, including hardware, software, telecom, and contingent labor.
  • Proven track record of implementing and delivering cost-saving initiatives and successful contract negotiations.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (French, Italian, or Deutch) an asset.
