- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate stock levels and optimize sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve store performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.
