We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team at Ricercamysrl. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with local Sales to develop new opportunities and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare requests for quotation and relevant orders for internal factories and third parties;
- Transfer customer order execution procedures to factories project management teams;
- Coordinate the entire project flow in a project execution;
- Respond to customers' complaints and escalate issues;
- Manage technical and commercial change orders;
- Control project schedule and documents in close cooperation with Factory engineering and PM teams and local Sales team;
- Facilitate project closeout reports and project review meetings with customers;
- Keep coordination and relationship with 3rd party local suppliers;
Requirements:
- Educational background in Electrical engineering or Industrial engineering;
- Good experience in Electric motors Low and Medium Voltage, as well as Electronic drives;
- Good knowledge of SAP system, CRM and Microsoft office tools;
- Native in Italian and fluent in English, both oral and written; Spanish, German or Chinese knowledge will be considered a plus;
- Ability to manage international projects involving EPC, Engineering, OEM, End Users and different factories worldwide;
- Goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset;
