We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team at Ricercamysrl. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with local Sales to develop new opportunities and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare requests for quotation and relevant orders for internal factories and third parties;
  • Transfer customer order execution procedures to factories project management teams;
  • Coordinate the entire project flow in a project execution;
  • Respond to customers' complaints and escalate issues;
  • Manage technical and commercial change orders;
  • Control project schedule and documents in close cooperation with Factory engineering and PM teams and local Sales team;
  • Facilitate project closeout reports and project review meetings with customers;
  • Keep coordination and relationship with 3rd party local suppliers;

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Electrical engineering or Industrial engineering;
  • Good experience in Electric motors Low and Medium Voltage, as well as Electronic drives;
  • Good knowledge of SAP system, CRM and Microsoft office tools;
  • Native in Italian and fluent in English, both oral and written; Spanish, German or Chinese knowledge will be considered a plus;
  • Ability to manage international projects involving EPC, Engineering, OEM, End Users and different factories worldwide;
  • Goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset;
