Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Business Partner and the Talent Acquisition Manager on various activities:
- Contribute to reporting for Talent Management and Acquisition, process improvement, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with Hiring managers during the recruiting process: screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, arranging interviews between hiring managers and candidates
- Assist candidates in the application process on our HR Management System (Workday)
- Support key Group HR projects and process improvements to provide value to the business
- Ensure alignment of HR processes by partnering with colleagues from other countries
- Support in organizing training opportunities for employees and reporting activities
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Master's Degree in Languages, Economics, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Good communication skills
- Precision and attention to details
- Organizational skills
- A previous experience will be considered as a plus
