About the Role

As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in OCM and technology to assist organizations in evolving their operational methodologies and maximizing their digital ecosystems. At Avanade Advisory, we collaborate with clients to effectively address challenges and advance their digital transformation journeys through the integration of people and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to formulate transformation strategies, identifying change opportunities and the value drivers essential for success.
  • Deliver hands-on program and change management support for large-scale transformation initiatives, leading or coordinating relevant workstreams.
  • Establish the vision and foster the right cultural behaviors necessary for effective change within the organization.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and management of transformation offices and their supporting frameworks, overseeing change and transformation efforts.
  • Communicate a persuasive case for change and coach Change Sponsors on effective messaging, influence, and behavior modeling.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in facilitating change and transformation projects, whether in an industry setting or consultancy.
  • Familiarity with various sectors and the diverse scenarios prompting the need for change.
  • Experience in developing and executing change and transformation strategies, including implementation plans and governance structures.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and visual communication, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and its positive impact on workplace development and employee experiences.
