Job Title: Quality Mechanical Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Mechanical Inspector to join our team at Visa Cash App RB Formula 1 Team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of components and materials used in our Formula 1 team. This will involve performing inspections, managing non-conformities, and supporting fault investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections on components and materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Manage non-conformities and concession requests from suppliers and internal production.
  • Support fault investigations and provide information to the Reliability Department, Design Office, and Race Team.
  • Collaborate with the Production Department to ensure quality standards are met during production.
  • Manage additional quality department activities assigned by the Head of Quality.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of precision mechanics and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive quality systems and procedures.
  • Preferred technical high school diploma and up to 3 years of experience in motorsport and/or automotive companies.
  • Experience in reading technical drawings and knowledge of English language (B1 level or higher).
  • Reactive and proactive, with high flexibility and availability to work overtime and during weekends.
