Accounting Coordinator Job Description

At Bata, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance Europe Team. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices and handling payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Act as project manager for the new ERP implementation.
  • Support the transformation process the department is going through.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work well with other departments.

Language Proficiency:

  • Italian
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of Spanish nice to have
