Your RoleAs an HVAC Systems Designer, you will play a crucial part in the development of heat pumps, refrigeration systems, commercial air conditioning, and ventilation products. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing these systems while considering the requirements of stakeholders, including customers, manufacturing, and after-sales departments.
You will work within the CAD environment, utilizing Solid Edge (3D/2D) and Siemens NX software packages. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing a wide range of parts, such as piping, sheet metal, insulation, plastics, packing, labels, and wires, according to Daikin's specific methods;
- Creating 3D designs and 2D drawings for prototype part ordering and mass production;
- Maintaining Bill Of Materials using Daikin's designed system;
- Determining your work plan autonomously, taking into account global project planning, in consultation with the project leader and team members;
- Analyzing the limitations of machinery and the process of DIE-making, including the production of various components like sheet metal and plastic;
- Evaluating design modifications and collaborating with other project members to analyze prototype evaluation test results;
We are looking for candidates who possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial design. Strong technical knowledge and experience with CAD 3D and 2D design, Microsoft Office tools, and attention to detail are essential.
A valid driving license is also required. Knowledge of both spoken and written English is mandatory. This position is open to recent graduates and experienced candidates alike.
