Mercer Italia Srl is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' People Strategy with a focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology, and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.
- Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in organization design, process re-engineering, analytics, and technology trends.
- Design and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic goals and address their specific workforce and organizational needs.
- Contribute to large complex client projects, sale, and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager.
- Facilitate client meetings (e.g., workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies and work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce and organization transformation, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting firms with a focus on workforce and organization transformation, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement, and coordinate development projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of statistical tools.
- Italian and English proficiency.
