Job Description

As the Associate Director, Medical Modernization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Value and Implementation (V&I) organization's strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement innovative tools and capabilities that transform scientific engagement within the EMEAC region.

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including local country teams and Global Medical Value Capabilities Hub, Analytics Center of Excellence, V&I Therapeutic Areas, IT, Legal, and Compliance. You will work together to create new channels for medical communications and enhance field medical/medical advisor SL engagement capabilities.

The successful candidate will also lead the coordination of a MM network in the EMEAC region, enabling bidirectional communication, sharing, and scaling of best practices. Additionally, this individual will support change management efforts by communicating and inspiring others to adopt innovative ways of working.

  • Develop and implement technical strategies for delivering scientific content across digital platforms;
  • Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, digital health platforms, and advanced analytics to drive innovation in medical affairs;
  • Work cross-functionally to influence and lead change while building strong alignment and partnerships;
