About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Integrated Services program. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the activities within this program, driving alignment with our business strategy, and working closely with our Market Leaders, Business Unit Directors, and Sales team to maximize the return on investment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate efforts between Kion, Line, and Still to develop a cohesive CS strategy
  • Develop and maintain the commercial toolkit for selling CS products and services
  • Define and maintain critical front-line metrics to drive sales of new services
  • Link with Global functions to ensure seamless integration
  • Coordinate the process to expand IB penetration
  • Work closely with Ops and Process BS Team to ensure smooth operations
  • Win/Loss follow-up actions and commercial presentation coordination
  • Define new services value proposition and the story to sell them

Requirements:

  • At least [X] years' experience in a senior management role
  • Experience managing a cross-functional team
  • Degree/MBA qualified or similar level of qualification
  • Demonstrable track record in managing a sizeable workforce across countries
  • Technical competencies (or local equivalents)
  • Health and Safety awareness
