About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Pipeline Design Engineer to join our engineering team based in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engineering documentation for projects in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing basic, FEED, and EPC design of pipelines
  • Wall thickness calculation and verification
  • Route selection and pipeline crossing design
  • Trenchless design and valve/pig trap/pressure reduction metering station design
  • Seismic analysis and constructability studies
  • Technical support to permitting and interface with other disciplines
  • Subcontractors coordination and interface with clients and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced pipeline design engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pipeline design, gained in infrastructure projects or onshore plants. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of national pipeline codes and pipeline design criteria.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline design
  • Deep knowledge of national pipeline codes and pipeline design criteria
  • Experience in route selection, trenchless definition, and project coordination
  • Degree in Civil, Building, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
  • Italian mother tongue and fluent English
