Job Description

Werfenlife SA. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing event participation, developing event materials, and ensuring brand exposure during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event participation and develop event materials in accordance with Werfen Brand & Visual Identity Guidelines
  • Negotiate contract terms with event providers and manage the agreement administrative process
  • Develop and edit event direct mailing content and social media content
  • Manage the Educational Grants process and provide information to external providers
  • Support the organization of company main direct events and manage speakers and attendees engagement and hospitality
  • Update company tools/platforms relating to events and administer the processing of invoices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business communications
  • Experience in project management and software skills in SAP, DEM, Microsoft Office Suite, and CMS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proactivity
