Payroll & Hr Administration Manager - Machinery - Treviso

Modulo Group Srl, a leading company in the production of high-quality components for the professional and domestic sectors, is seeking a Payroll & Hr Administration Manager - Machinery - Treviso to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative activities related to the employment of the company's population in Italian and international locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all administrative tasks related to employee employment, including contract creation, transformation, and termination, in compliance with national collective bargaining agreements, integrative agreements, and company procedures.
- Coordinate front office services, including following up on administrative tasks, providing information and documentation to consultants and agencies, and managing payroll and budget.
- Prepare and manage contracts, salaries, and related contributions and taxes, and provide advice to employees.
- Manage documentation and archives, update salary, wage, contribution, and tax data, and communicate with relevant authorities.
- Manage expenses and travel policy, register employee attendance, and control data discrepancies.
- Prepare payment slips and contribution documents, and support the analysis of HR data and indicators.
- Coordinate a resource to support administration and front office, and external companies.
- University degree in economics or statistics, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration, preferably in metal-mechanical companies or professional studies.
- Knowledge of administrative software for personnel management, with a preference for Zucchetti systems.
- Knowledge of labor law and international experience.
- Autonomy and organizational skills, good English language skills, and experience with office automation tools.
- Ability to prepare analysis and consignment reports, and predisposition to interpersonal relationships and continuous improvement.
- Indeterminate employment contract.
- Salary range: RAL 35/45 K + MBO.
- Location: Treviso province.
