About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Artifact Lifecycle team at Amazon. As a key member of our Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) organization, you will play a critical role in protecting the health of associates, customers, and supply chain partners by creating innovative solutions to obtain product artifacts for compliance evaluation, classification, and storage decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define strategies and own the delivery of multiple projects, monitoring progress against key milestones.
  • Leverage data analysis skills, critical thinking, and collaboration to clarify ambiguous problems and present tangible solutions to leadership teams.
  • Partner with Tech, Product, and Science teams to integrate novel tech and science solutions within the program.
  • Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, including leadership, on ongoing project updates.
  • Create and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
  • Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Track record of managing medium to high complexity cross-functional programs in an international setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience implementing lean/Six Sigma to drive process improvements.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with Product teams on scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at problem-solving.
