Asset Management Engineer

Quintas Energy is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Engineer to join our team of professionals providing asset management, advisory, and development services in Europe, UK, and Australia.

As an Asset Management Engineer, you will be responsible for managing power assets, including incident and action management, drafting reports, and supervising O&M contractors. You will work closely with our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incidents and actions, including updating the Quintas Energy asset management platform and incident reports to clients.
  • Draft monthly and quarterly KPI and incident narrative reports.
  • Review O&M reports to assess the treatment of incidents and performance of the plant.
  • Supervise O&M contractor compliance with preventive maintenance activities.
  • Supervise O&M contractor's corrective maintenance measures.
  • Calculate contractual PR and/or availability values.
  • Perform site visits, draft reports, and follow up on punch lists.
  • Assist in the assessment of cost benefit, viability, execution, and outcome of extraordinary works.
  • Prepare and review documentation for communication with GSE.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Energy Engineering or similar.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the Solar PV field, preferably in asset management.
  • Experience in monitoring energy assets and knowledge of the PV solar market.
  • Strong presentational and reporting skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Fluent business level English and Italian, with knowledge of other European languages an advantage.
