Job Description:

Midea Group is searching for a Senior UI/UX Designer to create innovative solutions and enhance the user experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the next future of physical and digital user interfaces, considering user trends, customer profiles, and regional strategies.

  • Define and apply new UI design systems to maintain consistency across all products.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for HMI, mobile, and web platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

The Senior UI/UX Designer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and R&D teams, to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement user interface designs that meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction/Product Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 6+ years as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Arduino (or other coding software) is a plus.
