Deputy Boutique Manager Opportunity at Van Cleef & Arpels

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Boutique Manager to join our team in Florence. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, optimizing turnover, and ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Loyalty and Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to build customer loyalty and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Turnover and Commercial Practices: Develop and implement strategies to increase turnover, while respecting commercial practices and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Boutique Operations: Ensure the proper functioning of the boutique, including safety, team development, and performance monitoring.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Monitor and drive financial and administrative management of the store, including stock management and after-sales operations.
