About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Country Business Developer in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region through the identification of new business opportunities, the development of strategic partnerships, and the implementation of our solutions with our partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and feeding the pipeline & CRM
  • Prospecting companies in given sectors and organizing meetings with their representatives
  • Formalizing products/offers presentations and involving Floa's central sales & technical interlocutors
  • Carrying out commercial follow-up, including feeding the CRM

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of €65,000 - €85,000 based on experience, as well as flexible working hours and a stimulating work environment that offers continuous personal development and training opportunities.
