About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing risks across the organization, particularly ICT and cyber security risks. This role requires a solid understanding of risk management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement risk management policies and guidelines in accordance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to reduce or manage identified risks.
  4. Regularly monitor the company's actual risk profile and evaluate it against its strategic objectives and risk appetite.
  5. Improve the company's risk management readiness through communication and training programs.
  6. Ensure continuous improvement in the Risk Management Practices/policies of the company.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
  2. 3+ years of proven experience within structured companies, from the IT/Banking sector.
  3. Excellent knowledge in the field of enterprise risk management and ICT Risk Management.
  4. Having ISO31000, ISO27005, and CRISC certifications is a plus.
  5. Strong understanding of statistics and quantitative data analysis methods.
  6. Excellent relational and problem-solving skills, with a strong aptitude for teamwork.
  7. Ability to influence a culture of risk awareness in the organization.
  8. Fluency in English.
