Job Summary

Alstom is seeking an experienced Epu Manager to join our team in Savigliano. As a key member of our Production organization, you will be responsible for leading the Elementary Production Unit (EPU) and ensuring the successful execution of industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Supply Chain setup and Quality plan validation
  • Responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary)
  • Responsible for the industrial process, hand-over from PME to manufacturing, and APSYS (Lean Manufacturing) deployment preparation
  • Responsible for operators' training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections)
  • Finalize manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU
  • Complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU, including task assignment to operators, intermediate handover, and tracking of KPIs
Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of Special Processes
  • Working knowledge of Industrial Management Processes, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, Configuration & Change Management, and Automation / Robotization
  • Profound knowledge of Team Management, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, and Lean Management tools
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Quality processes and impact from manufacturing on them, Products Knowledge, and Applicable Social Relations & Labor Law
